Man, when I studied Krav, we had a Captain Kirk roll (I have no idea of the real name, so I can’t look it up on youtube). Basically, you grab your opponent’s shirt near the neckline and start sitting down. As you do this, plant one foot across their stomach and use that to push them up and over you as you backward roll them, and end up straddling their stomach. There are details I’m missing, because I haven’t done it in yonks, a bit of twistiness to secure your dominant position and grip once you’re over, as getting their weight to do what you need to take ‘em over.
